Initiate Your Request
Log into your Machines account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your transaction and click the 'Request Return' button.
Prepare the Device
Ensure all personal data is wiped, factory settings are restored, and the item is securely packed in its original box with all original cables and manuals.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
